The net asset value incorporates the year end revaluation of the direct
property portfolio carried out by Knight Frank LLP as at 30th September 2023.
The valuation of the property portfolio was £72.45m. This reflects a net
decrease in capital value of -4.0% over the 6 months.  The property
valuation at 31(st) March 2023 was £74.9m.
