Trackwise Designs (AIM: TWD), a provider of specialist products using printed circuit technology, announces that Mark Hodgkins, Chief Financial Officer, has bought 10,000 ordinary shares in Trackwise at a price of 206p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Hodgkins has a beneficial interest of 158,869 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.56% of the issued share capital.

Trackwise is a UK-based manufacturer of specialist products using printed circuit technology.
