Award of Options

 

Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight
provider, announces that the Company has granted a total of 500,000 options
(the "Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to
certain employees of the Company under its existing share option plan. This is
a routine grant to existing employees as part of the Company's compensation
policy. The Options granted have an exercise price of 13.5p (being the
mid-market closing price of an Ordinary Share on 8 December 2022), with a
10-year life and will vest on 9 December 2025.

 

The Company's share option plan allows for the issue of up to 12% of the
issued share capital by way of options and following this grant a total of
9.4% of the Company's issued share capital will have been granted as options.
