('Trakm8' or the 'Company')

 

Award of options

 

Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight
provider, announces that the Company has granted a total of 550,000
("Options") over new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the
Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to certain directors and employees of the
Company under its existing share option plan.  This is a routine grant as
part of the Company's compensation policy.  The Options granted have an
exercise price of 17.0p (being the mid-market closing price of an Ordinary
Share on 6 July 2023) and vest on 7 July 2026.  Options granted to Directors
may only be exercised if the Company's mid-market share price is 30 pence or
more at the time of exercise.

 

The Company's share option plan allows for the issue of up to 12% of the
issued share capital of the Company by way of options and following this grant
a total of 10.0% of the Company's issued share capital will have been granted
as options.

 

The Options awarded to certain directors of the Company are as follows:
