Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data provider to the global market place, was notified today that on 9 December 2014, John Watkins' wife, Linda Watkins, transferred by way of a gift for nil consideration, 250,000 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") to one of her adult sons.
Following this transaction, John Watkins' total beneficial interest in the Company is now 6,149,344Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 21.28% of the Company's total voting rights.
