Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider, announces that on 4 December 2017,Jonathan Furber, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 28,321 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 105.88 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Jonathan Furber is beneficially interested in 28,321 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
