Director Shareholdings & Total Voting Rights
The Company announced on 6 December 2018 that it had conditionally raised £3.0 million (the "Subscription") through the issue of 13,930,748 new ordinary shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 22 pence per ordinary share.
Total Voting Rights
At the date of this announcement the issued share capital of the company consists of 50,004,002 Ordinary Shares. The Company currently holds 29,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 49,975,002 (the "Voting Rights Figure").
The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
