Director Change

 

 

Trakm8, a UK based technology leader in fleet management, insurance
telematics, connected car, and optimisation announces today that Penny Searles
has resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect to concentrate
on her other business interests. The board thanks Penny for her valuable
contribution over the past few years.

 

The board will commence the process for sourcing and appointing a new
non-executive director in the coming months.
