Annual Report & Accounts

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Capital Markets Day

 

Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM:TRAK), the global telematics and data insight
provider, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended
31 March 2023 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') are being
posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's
website www.trakm8.com/investor-relations
(http://www.trakm8.com/investor-relations) .

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 21 September 2023 at its
offices at Roman Park, Roman Way, Coleshill, West Midlands B46 1HG.

 

This will be followed by a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and
analysts. The event will be hosted by Executive Chairman, John Watkins and
Chief Financial Officer, Jon Edwards, and will include presentations from
leaders within the group.

 

The Company will provide an overview of the products, services and markets
that Trakm8 is addressing including a tour of the Birmingham operations.
Presentations from the day will be made available on the company's website
