Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM:TRAK), the global telematics and data insight
provider, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended
31 March 2024 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') are being
posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 19 September 2024 at its
