Transaction in Own Shares
Trakm8 Holdings plc, the AIM listed telematics and data supplier to global markets, announces that on 9 September 2015, Mark Nelson and family purchased 46,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury at a price of 173.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mark Nelson was the owner of DCS Systems Limited from whom Trakm8 acquired the business and assets (announced 16th June 2015). Mr Nelson has also agreed to take on a permanent position with Trakm8 following the end of his consultancy period.
Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital comprises 29,948,821 Ordinary Shares, of which 29,000 are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 29,919,821 (including the issue of equity as announced on Friday 4 September 2015). This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
