Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), a leading telematics and data supplier to global markets, is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to the GM were duly passed. The new ordinary shares issued through the subscription announced on 6 December 2018 are expected to be admitted to trading at 8.00 a.m. on 28 December 2018.
