Trevena rises on smaller Q4 loss

** Shares of biopharmaceutical firm Trevena Inc  TRVN.O 
rise 8.5% to 79.2 cents premarket  
    ** Says its net loss per share for the fourth quarter
narrowed to 73 cents from $2.12 last year 
    ** Loss also smaller than Refinitiv estimate of $1.75/share
    ** Stock down 48.9% this year, as of last close
