Board Changes
Tengri Resources(AIM:TEN), announces changes to the Company's Board of Directors.
Tengri Resources is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter B. Moss Jr., a current Non-Executive Director will assume the position of Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. The Company also welcomes Mr. Allen Wang to the Board in the role of Non-Executive Director. Mr Idris Khan and Mr. Joshua Crumb will resign from the Board with immediate effect. 
Mr Wang is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter Holder and has worked in the financial sector since 2001 with an emphasis in asset management. He is the Chief Executive Officer of TIH Investment Management Pte Ltd a Singaporean fund management, investment advisory and consultancy firm. Disclosure as required by AIM Rule 17 is provided in the appendix below.
TIH Investment Management Pte Ltd (TIH) subscribed for US$500,000 of the Company's Unsecured Loan Notes in April 2015. Argyle Street Management Limited (ASML) also subscribed for US$500,000 of the Company's unsecured loan notes at the same time and ASML owns 54% of TIH.
At the same time, both Idris Khan and Joshua Crumb have resigned from the Board to pursue other interests. The Board thanks Mr. Khan and Mr. Crumb for their service to the Company and wish them every success in their future endeavours. The Company expects to make one or more appointments to the Board in the near future and will inform the market when those appointments have been made.
