Share Suspension
Tengri Resources announces that it will be unable to publish its Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 within 6 months of the year end as required under the AIM Rules for Companies. Consequently trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be suspended.
The reason for the delay in publishing the Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 is due to difficulties in obtaining information relating to the accounts of the subsidiary companies in the Kyrgyz Republic that were subsequently disposed of in May 2016.
The Company has engaged with its auditors and agreed a course of action on the accounting treatment of the subsidiary companies and the audit is now in the process of being finalized. It is expected that the Report & Accounts will be published in the near future. 
A further announcement will be made in due course.
