Announcement of Dividend by Triple Point Income VCT plc
The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc has resolved to pay a dividend of 2,052,541 equal to 40p per share to A Class Shareholders. The dividends will be paid on 21 August 2015 to those A Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 August 2015.
