Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the second allotment of 1,296,573 D Ordinary Shares of 1p each on 3 March 2015 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 29 October 2014. The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:
14,625 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.564p per share
145,498 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.093p per share
1,136,450 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share
Admission is expected to be effective on or around 17 March 2015.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 43,344,248:

19,474,883 Ordinary Shares
13,441,438 C Ordinary Shares
5,296,574 D Ordinary Shares
