 Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 3,171,024 D Ordinary Shares of 1p each on 1 April 2015 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 29 October 2014. The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:
200,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 100.000p per share
88,725 shares of 1p each at a price of 102.564p per share
48,249 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.627p per share
811,750 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share
2,022,300 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.820p per share
Admission is expected to be effective on or around 17 April 2015.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 46,515,272:
