Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
The Directors of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 4,097,567 D Ordinary Shares of 1p each on 1 May 2015 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 29 October 2014 ( the "Offer"). The following shares were allotted to be admitted to the Official List:
408,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 98.039p per share
196,999 shares of 1p each at a price of 101.523p per share
1,061,494 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.627p per share
96,999 shares of 1p each at a price of 103.093p per share
764,000 shares of 1p each at a price of 104.712p per share
261,250 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.263p per share
1,308,825 shares of 1p each at a price of 105.820p per share
Admission is expected to be effective on or around 18 May 2015.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 51,574,485:
