The board of Triple Point Income VCT plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has issued a prospectus and circular relating to an offer for D ordinary shares to raise 10 million (the "Offer")*, following approval from the UK Listing Authority.
* If the Offer is oversubscribed it may be increased to 20 million at the Directors' discretion. 
The Offer is now open and is expected to close on 30 April 2015 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date. A copy of the prospectus and the circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism located at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSMand may be viewed on the Triple Point website: www.triplepoint.co.uk
