Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that, as at 31 May 2017, the Company's issued share capital consists of: 
19,463,120 ordinary shares of 1p each, 5,131,353 A ordinary shares of 1p each, 13,441,438 C ordinary shares of 1p each, 13,701,636 D ordinary shares of 1p each and 28,949,575 E ordinary shares of 1p each, carrying one vote each.
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore as at 31 May 2017, the total number of issued shares and voting rights for the Company is 80,687,122.
The above figure (80,687,122) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
