DIRECTORATE CHANGES

 

 

Following the General Meeting that took place at 10.00 am on 1 September 2023,
in which all resolutions were passed by shareholders, Asher Miller and Stephen
Katz of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP (the "Liquidators") have been duly
appointed as joint Liquidators with effect from 1 September 2023, for the
purposes of winding the Company up, and the powers of the Directors have
therefore ceased.

 

The Company therefore confirms that:

 

·      David Frank, Simon Acland and Michael Stanes have stepped down as
non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect; and

·      Jonathan Parr has been appointed as a director of the Company,
with immediate effect.
