Further to the passing of a resolution at the general meeting of the Company held on 18 November 2013 as set out in the notice of general meeting of the Company dated 21 October 2013, the cancellation of the listing of the Company's shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Cancellation") will take place at 8.00 am on 16 December 2013.

 

RNS number 1188R14 of 22 October 2013 released by the Company incorrectly referred to there being a suspension of the listing of the Company's shares on the Official List ahead of the Cancellation. There will be no such suspension ahead of the Cancellation.
