Directorate Changes

 

TP70 VCT plc (the "Company") announces the appointment of Richard Rose as an additional independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 22 September 2011.

 

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1977. He joined Surrey legal firm, Morrisons Solicitors LLP, in 1988, and set up the firm's company and commercial team in 1994. He was managing partner for 11 years, prior to becoming senior partner in 2008.

 

Following this change the Company's board will comprise Michael Sherry, Chad Murrin, David Parsons and Richard Rose.
