TP70 VCT plc Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of TP70 VCT plc, a venture capital trust company, has resolved that the company will pay an interim dividend of £1.148million. The dividend of 3.59p per share will be paid to shareholders on the Register of Members on the record date of Friday 7 September 2012.  The ex-dividend date will therefore be Wednesday 5 September 2012. The dividend will be paid on Friday 21 September 2012.
