TP70 VCT plc Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of TP70 VCT plc, a venture capital trust company, has resolved that the company will pay an interim dividend of £1.4million. The dividend of 4.38p per share will be paid to shareholders on the Register of Members on the record date of Friday 4 January 2013. The ex-dividend date will therefore be Wednesday 2 January 2013. The dividend will be paid on Friday 18 January 2013.
