INTENTION TO LAUNCH AN OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION

The Board of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc is pleased to announce their
intention to launch an offer for subscription of new Venture Shares (the
"Offer") for subscription in the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 tax years.

 

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected
to be published in due course.
