ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to
announce the allotment of 879,639 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average
price of 98.433 pence per share on 5 March 2024 pursuant to the offer for
subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 22 September
2023.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is
expected to become effective on or around 19 March 2024.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting
rights of the Company is now 63,993,259 Venture Class Shares.
