ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to
announce the allotment of 278,603 Venture Shares of 1p each at a price of
95.61p per share on 2 December 2024. The allotment has been made to
shareholders who elected to receive Venture Shares under the Dividend
Reinvestment Scheme as an alternative for the interim dividend totalling 2p
per share payable on or around 2 December 2024.

An application for these Venture Shares to be admitted to the Official List of
the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
main market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are
expected to commence on or around 16 December 2024.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting
rights of the Company is now 78,355,618 Venture Shares.
