Proposed Increase in Size of Offer

 

 

Further to the announcement made by Triple Point Venture VCT plc (the
"Company") on 5 September 2025, relating to the offer for subscription to
raise up to £10 million by way of an issue of venture ordinary shares in the
Company, together with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further
£20 million (the "Offer"), the Company announces its intention, due to strong
investor demand, to increase the size of the Offer to £10 million with a £35
million over-allotment facility.
