The Directors of TP70  VCT plc announce that the Company has today purchased from a shareholder a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence per share each at a price of 69.15 pence per share.

As a consequence of this buy-back, there are now a total of 31,992,471 Ordinary Shares in issue.
