ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at
11.00 am on 19 July 2023 at 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7AF. The
following documents (as applicable) have been mailed to shareholders or
otherwise made available today:

 

•              Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28
February 2023 ("2023 Annual Report");

•           Notice of AGM 2023 and;

•           Form of Proxy.

 

The 2023 Annual Report is also available to view and download on the Company's
