ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 966,588 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 98.86 pence per share on 11 March 2025 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 4 September 2024.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 12 March 2025.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 88,509,121 Venture Class Shares.
