ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 164,425 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 95.618 pence per share on 8 April 2025 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 4 September 2024.

As part of today's Venture Share allotment James Brooke, a Non Executive Director of the Company, acquired 53,129 Venture Shares in the Company. The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 9 April 2025.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 96,038,006 Venture Class Shares.
