CHANGE OF AUDITOR
The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) announces
that it has appointed Deloitte LLP as the Company's new external auditor
following a competitive tender process and a recommendation from the Audit
& Risk Committee.
The audit tender was conducted as a result of the requirement for public
interest entities to undertake an audit tender at least every ten years. The
appointment will be effective for the year ending 31 December 2026 and will be
subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting in May
2026.
BDO LLP will continue in its role as external auditor for the financial year
ending 31 December 2025.
The Company wishes to thank BDO LLP for their services over the years and
their continued support.
