The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) announces
that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on
Wednesday, 3 May 2023 at 10.00 am at Taylor Wessing LLP, 5 New Street Square,
London EC4A 3TW.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available
