The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) announces
that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on
Wednesday 7 May 2025 at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of Ashurst LLP, London Fruit
& Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, copies of the following documents
have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

1. Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting;
2. Form of Proxy;
3. 2024 Annual Report; and
