Debt Facility
 
The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has renewed its £20 million unsecured floating rate revolving credit facility with ING Luxembourg S.A. for a further two years.
 
The facility bears interest at 0.90% over LIBOR and may be used for the acquisition of investments in accordance with the Company's investment policy and for general corporate purposes. The facility is not currently being utilised but is available if appropriate investment opportunities arise.
