Dividend Declaration
The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 0.685p per share (2018 - 0.66p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2019 payable on 26 July 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 July 2019.
This third interim dividend represents a 3.8% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2018. As previously announced and as in previous years, it is the Board's intention to consider the final quarterly dividend before the financial year end of 30 September 2019. Barring unforeseen circumstances this will be at least at the current rate of 0.685p per share.
