Dividend Declaration
The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a fourth interim dividend of 0.695p per share (2019 - 0.695p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2020 payable on 23 October 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9 October 2020. 
As previously reported, because of the present economic disruption, it is almost certain that the Board will now seek to reduce the dividend to a sustainable level from which its growth can resume. This is likely to be with effect from the first interim dividend for the year to 30 September 2021. Further details will be provided in the Annual Results announcement due to be published on or around 23 November 2020.
