Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a second interim
dividend of 0.5304p per share in respect of the year to 30 September 2024, an
increase of 4% on the equivalent dividend of 0.51p paid in respect of the
previous financial year.

The dividend will be paid on 8 March 2024 to shareholders on the register at
the close of business on 16 February 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 15
February 2024.

The dates have been brought forward from the previous year to ensure that,
should the proposed merger with STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc be
approved, then shareholders will receive the second interim dividend prior to
the merger taking place.
