Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a final interim
dividend of 0.1p per share in respect of the year to 30 September 2024.

The dividend will be paid on 22 March 2024 to shareholders on the register at
the close of business on 1 March 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 29
February 2024.
