Appointment of New Chairman 
Further to the announcement made on 9 April 2015, TT Electronics plc ("the Company"), a global provider of leading expertise in highly engineered electronic components, confirms that Neil Carson joined the Company today as Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors, following the retirement of Sean Watson at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
As at the date of his appointment, Mr Carson held 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
