Board Change

 

TT Electronics plc ("TT"), a global engineer and manufacturer of electronic
solutions for critical applications, announces that Richard Webb will join TT
as Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and a member of the Board on 12 May
2025.

 

Richard was most recently Group Chief Financial Officer at Ultra Electronics
having worked there for 12 years, including when it was a constituent of the
FTSE 250. Richard has a proven track record of driving organic growth, change
initiatives and cost efficiencies. He started his career at Deloitte, where he
qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Richard holds a MA in Engineering and
Land Economy from Cambridge University.
