TT Electronics plc - Director Declaration

 

TT Electronics plc ("the Company") has been informed that Karina Rigby, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the
board of BELIMO Holding AG (a Swiss public company listed on the SIX Swiss
Exchange), with effect from 23 March 2026, subject to the approval of
shareholders of BELIMO Holding AG at their Annual General Meeting on that
date.

 

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14.
