NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
On 3 January 2018, 100 per cent of the LTIP award relating to shares in TT Electronics plc ("Shares") granted on 29 December 2014 to Mark Hoad, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, vested.
