NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has been notified that on 28 March 2023 Wendy McMillan, a
Non-executive director and PDMR of the Company, purchased 25,000 shares in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.88 per share.  The full details
