TT Electronics plc ("TT Electronics" or the "Company")

 

Rule 2.9 and Total Voting Rights Announcement

TT Electronics announces, for the purposes of Rule 2.9 of the City Code on
Takeovers and Mergers, that, at the close of business on 28 November 2025, it
had 178,269,921 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in issue and admitted to
trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The International
Securities Identification Number for the ordinary shares is GB0008711763.

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rule 5.6.1, each share carries the right to vote and there are no
shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is
therefore 178,269,921.

The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification
obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
