TT Electronics announces, for the purposes of Rule 2.9 of the City Code on
Takeovers and Mergers, that, at the close of business on 9 December 2025, it
had 178,375,046 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in issue and admitted to
trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The International
Securities Identification Number for the ordinary shares is GB0008711763.
