Brief: Joint venture by Turcas Petrol, Bilgin and Yapisan bids for HEPP privatization tender

Nov 20 (Reuters) - Turcas Petrol  TRCAS.IS : 
    * Bilgin Turcas Yapsan Joint Venture ("BTY") bid for 
privatization of Hydroelectric Power Plants (HEPP)of Dogakent 
(75 MW) in Giresun; Kürtün (85 MW) and Torul (103 MW)in 
Gumushane province with a total installed capacity of 263 MW,  
    * Aforementioned HEPPs are included in Group 5 hydroelectric 
power plant portfolio of Elektrik Üretim 
    * JV composes of Bilgin Rüzgar Santrali Enerji Üretim 
("Bilgin") 5 pct stake, Turcas Petrol ("Turcas") 50 pct stake 
and Yapsan Elektrik Üretim ("Yapsan") 45 pct stake
